Ingredients:
1 kg beef steak
500 ml kokkino krasi
2 koutalies french mustard
2 koutalies english mustard
1 kremmidi kommeno se fetes
300 g manitaria portobello kommena
500 ml krema galaktos
1 koutalia voutiro
rosemary
leuko piperi
Tha ithela na dieukriniso oti parakato paratheto mia parallagi tis sintagis! A lighter and healthier approach... (Kapoioi evalan llia kila parapano...!!!)
Directions:
Aleifoume ta filleta me tis moustardes kai ta topothetoume se ena tapsi (sini gia osous den katalavan). Ta perixinoume me to krasi kai to rosemary kai ta vazoume sto psigio skepasmena.
...after 7-8 hours: topothetoume to tapsi se prothermasmeno fourno (225oC) gia 2 ores i mexri to kreas na "piei" to krasi.
Se ena tiganaki tsigarizoume elafros me to voutiro to kremmidi kai ta manitaria, prosthetontas sto telos tin krema galaktos.
Preosthetoume to migma sto tapsi kai psinoume gia akoma 15 lepta.
To geuma sindiazete me jacket potatoes kai psita i vrasta laxanika!
